The Mountaineer Camp Stove is light weight, easy to assemble and its durability has made it a favorite serious campers for years. This stove is easily packed on horseback for those going into the high country. This compact unit contains five joints of nesting pipe ( 7 1/2 ft.), door panel, damper and optional side shelf. It is reinforce with U channels to help resist warping and the single seam on the side provides a tight fire box for longer lasting fire. A unique system of door pins and lock-in legs insurers a sturdy stove that stays tight. A sliding damper in the front panel provides excellent draft control.
